Our Riesling repertoire includes wines that finish from dry to sweet and the semi-dry Premium Riesling Lively falls in the middle of the spectrum. The touch of sweetness balances the crisp acidity that makes Riesling such a good wine to serve with food or to enjoy on its own.

A bright and lively wine with enticing lime-citrus aromas overlaying subtle peach, apricot and wet stone minerality. Velvety-smooth palate with a touch of sweetness balanced by refreshing, mouth-watering zestiness.

In our mind Riesling might just be the most food compatible wine you will find. The crisp, lively acidity, which is the hallmark of the variety, cleanses the palate between bites. Its citrus and stone fruit notes will complement main course dishes with fruit sauces, chutneys or salsas, The acidity makes it a great accompaniment to salads particularly those with fruit-flavoured vinaigrettes or fruit toppings. Or simply enjoy it on its own.
